Follow your Dreams and make a difference #IWD2022

Our Managing Director, Janice Boucher, explains why we can all follow our dreams to make a difference.

“As Managing Director in the predominantly male dominated facilities management sector, I am delighted to see more women taking senior leadership roles and a progression towards establishing more diverse and inclusive teams.

An accountant by profession with sector wide experience across manufacturing and the service sector, my leadership skills and commercial acumen have positioned me well for my current role. I am humbled and proud to work with such an amazing team delivering great services to our clients and students. Our success is pivotal on creating a diverse and inclusive culture where our colleagues are recognised for their individual qualities and the difference they make.

My approach to success is simple:

    • Be true to yourself always
    • Find the value add, make a difference
    • Embrace change
    • Let your actions speak louder than words
    • Importantly enjoy what you do, and have fun

So, on International Women’s Day, I celebrate women everywhere and my advice is to follow your dream, focus your energies on making a difference whilst being authentic and true to yourself.”
