This year’s awards celebrate excellence and innovation across the student accommodation sector. We’re proud to see our people and sites recognised for their outstanding contributions:

• Faouzi Dachraoui – Unsung Hero Award 
  Faouzi has demonstrated exceptional dedication to health & safety and site management at Pittville/UOG, driving cost savings, upskilling teams, and delivering outstanding results for colleagues and partners.

• Hannah Oliver – Unsung Hero Award 
  Hannah has transformed our helpdesk operations, streamlining processes and improving the student and guest experience through her leadership and commitment.

• Brunswick House – Community Impact Award
  Brunswick House continues to set the benchmark for community impact, with initiatives ranging from partnerships and volunteering to wellbeing support and cultural inclusion, empowering students and enriching the wider community.

Why This Matters

These nominations are more than awards — they’re a celebration of the hard work, innovation and heart our teams put into everything they do. Whether it’s creating supportive communities, developing staff, or driving sustainability and wellbeing, our finalists embody our mission to make student living better every day.

Looking Ahead

The winners will be announced at the Student Accommodation Awards Ceremony on Thursday 4th December at Wembley Stadium. Whatever the outcome, we’re immensely proud of our finalists and the positive impact they have across our communities.
